16. You may request details of Personal Information that Tekspace holds about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. If you would like a copy of the information which Tekspace holds about you, or believe that any information Tekspace holds about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please email us at support@tekspace.com.au.
17. Tekspace reserves the right to refuse to provide you with information held about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act.
Retention of your Personal Information
18. We will retain Personal Information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as otherwise required by law.
In accordance with APP 11.2, once Personal Information is no longer needed for any permitted purpose, we will dispose of it securely, unless we are required to retain it by law or a court/tribunal order.

Destruction of your Personal Information
20. When Personal Information is no longer required, Tekspace will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it in accordance with APP 11.2.
21. Electronic records will be destroyed using industry-standard techniques (for example, secure deletion or cryptographic wiping) to ensure information cannot be reconstructed.
22. Physical records (paper, microfiche, backup tapes) will be shredded, pulped or incinerated.
Complaints about privacy
